Item Description
Up for sale is a Fernandes FST-50.
From the catalog, specifications, parts, and the printing on the neck, I determined that it was an FST-50 made in 1980. The hard parts are genuine ones. The chipped paint from aging gives it a more vintage look. The neck is maple one piece and the body is Japanese ash in the manufacturer specs. The three-point joint is also very cool. The tremolo arm is not included, so please prepare an alternative one.
Internal wiring check, overall cleaning, and hard parts overhaul. The neck is currently not warped and can be adjusted in the future. The current string height is about 2.2mm at 12F on the 6th string, and about 1.8mm at 12F on the 1st string.
